ALCOA Structure
ALCOA encompasses the beliefs that no one member takes precedence
over others and that all points of view are respected. These
principles enrich and solidify ALCOA's accomplishments and
build on the synergy between organizational mandates, interests
and programs.

Guardians
Representatives of the overall community of collaborating
organizations who act as the action / coordinating committee
for the Roundtable and who oversee the management of ALCOA.
The Guardians are composed of three to six elected representatives
from National and Provincial Organizations, two Seniors Advisory
members, and one member from the Research Advisory. The Guardians
are accountable to the Roundtable
Members.
Executive
The is an Executive Committee of the Guardians consists of:
a Chair, a Vice Chair, a Treasurer and a Secretary. The Executive
Committee meets between Guardian's Meetings and is accountable
to the Roundtable Members
through the Guardians.
Standing Committees
The following are the Standing committees of ALCOA, and they
assist the Roundtable Members
and Guardians in
the long-term achievement of the mission and vision of ALCOA.
